The Pensacola MESS (Math, Engineering, Science & Stuff) Hall is a hands on experience for exploration. It embraces the learner’s need to “mess about” with science to gain intuition in scientific phenomena. This concept incorporates the ideals of inquiry based science, where learners' explorations are driven by their own questions, rather than the questions dictated by an authority figure.

March Mathness Question 3! A tad bit more challenging....

Attending a dinner are Arthur, Bonita, Hubert, Janie, Michaela, Phillip, Rita, and Yolanda. They are sitting equally spaced around a round table, with Arthur in the northernmost seat. For each person (except Yolanda) you can count the number of seats you have to skip to the right of that student around the table before you come to the alphabetically next student. Those numbers are different for every student.
