Our biggest priority is safety. Since Norman may receive over 8 inches of snow over the next two days, we do not feel that being open is safe for our docents or our visitors. We will be closed on Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25

We will be open for our normal hours next weekend, and we look forward to seeing you!

Thanks to your unbelievable generosity, we have raised over $11,000 dollars over the last 10 days, and this is 84 percent of our goal of $13,200 that would allow us to stay open through Spring

While we are no longer at risk of closing within the next month, it is still critical that we replace the funding source that we unexpectedly lost

URGENT: We unexpectedly lost a major funding source, and we are at risk of closing within a few months. Please help us keep our doors open by donating today or sharing this post

We are the ONLY museum dedicated to weather in the United States. Our mission is to educate people about weather and safety as well as preserve important weather artifacts. In many places, weather is not part of school curriculum, and we fill that gap so that people can gain a greater passion for science

We are an independent non-profit organization, meaning that almost all of our funds come from individual donors like you. Even dollar means so much to us

Because of your past support, we have been able to save countless artifacts, including the T-28 storm penetrating aircraft and the control system for the Doppler radar that was first tested in Norman before the system was rolled out across the United States.
