The Moore-Lindsay House offers tours showcasing the lifestyles of early Oklahomans. It is operated by the Cleveland County Historical Society, and is home to its collection of some 9,000 antique books, documents, and artifacts.

Step into the parlor after dark and experience the mysterious world of Victorian Spiritualism. During this intimate, immersive recreation of a 19th-century séance, guests will gather around the table and encounter table tipping, mysterious messages, spirit rappings, and other techniques once used by mediums to convince their audiences that the dead were near.

Along the way, discover the fascinating history behind the Spiritualist movement and the tricks, illusions, and psychology that made séances so convincing.

**Space is extremely limited, with only 8 seats available. Advance registration is required. Due to the nature of this event, guests must be ages 16+**

We’re thrilled to be hosting morewatercolor workshops at the Moore-Lindsay House, led by talented local artist Maya Raza of Maya's Artbeat! Perfect for all skill levels from first-time painters to experienced artists, these beginner-friendly sessions will cover essential watercolor techniques such as blending, layering, and color mixing.
🗓️ Friday, August 14, 6–8pm
🗓️ Saturday, August 15, 2–4pm​
Both sessions will create the same project, so choose the date that works best for you, or sign up for both classes to get extra practice! Maya will guide you step-by-step while encouraging your individual creativity, and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of art you’ve created in a relaxed, supportive environment.
