Have you heard about the Liberty Ball? This is a once in a generation opportunity and we are excited to host an evening of patriotism, good food, dancing, a silent auction and wine pull! Would you be willing to help?
We are seeking contributions to make our Liberty Ball fundraising efforts a success! We welcome silent auction items such as unique experiences, gift baskets, services, or specialty items that will excite and engage our guests. In addition, we invite donations of wine valued at $20 or more for the popular wine pull—always a guest favorite. Your generosity helps us create a fun and memorable evening while raising vital funds to support the preservation and storytelling of our region’s rich history. Thank you for being a part of this special celebration!
All donors will be listed on event marketing and signage! We are happy to arrange pickups at your convenience.

An Evening of Elegance, Celebration, and Incredible Food

The menu for the Liberty Ball is officially one for the history books! Join us on June 27, 2026 for an unforgettable America 250 celebration featuring an elevated Americana-inspired dining experience designed to bring together community, culture, and celebration.

Guests will enjoy:
A chef-attended carving station featuring beef tenderloin and roasted pork loin with artisan breads and gourmet sauces including chimichurri, dijonnaise, and horseradish cream sauce.

Passed hors d’oeuvres including:
• Smoked pork belly on fresh corn cakes
• Flatbread pizza bites — margarita, buffalo chicken, and fig & prosciutto
• Fresh grilled peach ricotta toast
• Citrus-marinated shrimp skewers
• Blue cheese stuffed dates (including vegetarian options)
• Chicken & chorizo meatballs with mango chutney
• Gourmet deviled eggs

And because no celebration is complete without dessert…
Our Americana Dessert Station will feature red, white, and blue berry parfaits, fresh fruit tarts, mini cheesecakes, apple tarts with whipped cream, patriotic cookies, truffles, cupcakes, and more.

Tea, water, and coffee will also be served throughout the evening.
