Arasapha Garden Club Arasapha Garden Club supports New Castle’s historic Amstel House and Dutch House gardens and creates 100+ wreaths for historic New Castle.

It beautifies and improves Historic New Castle by decorating the Historic District with all-natural wreaths and greens each December and by supporting regreeing the streetscape with trees. It helps maintain and improve the historic Amstel and Dutch House gardens b

y raising funds at its annual May Market. It supports local education on gardening through grants to New Castle Public Library for its gardening programs.
