We’re excited to see two of our instructors featured in Florida Weekly!

Vicky Tesmer and Rich Faber- Illustrator are among the Southwest Florida artists highlighted in the recent Illustrators Who Inspire feature.

Vicky brings childhood imagination to life as a children’s book illustrator, creating whimsical worlds filled with magic and wonder. Rich has built an impressive career in comics, including work with DC and Marvel, before bringing his experience and love of teaching to the classroom.

We’re fortunate to have Vicky and Rich sharing their talents with our students, with both returning to the classroom for upcoming classes this season.

Thank you to Florida Weekly - Naples for highlighting New Ways of Seeing: American Modernism from a Private Collection and taking a closer look at the artists, ideas, and influences that helped shape American Modernism.

Spanning five decades of artistic innovation, New Ways of Seeing explores how American artists developed their own distinct approaches to modernism through experimentation with form, color, abstraction, and perspective.

We’re excited to be featured in The Naples Press as we work on a new way for visitors to experience our exhibitions!

Preparing to launch this fall, our new Bloomberg Connects guide will give visitors another way to explore what’s on view and learn more about the artists and artwork throughout our galleries. The free app will include audio, multimedia content, behind-the-scenes information, and more, available both during your visit and from home.

We’re still developing our guide, and look forward to sharing more when it launches later this year.

🆕 New Class: Creative Ceramics

We're excited to add Creative Ceramics to our Adult Art Education lineup this season!

Work with clay through wheel throwing and hand-building while building skills in forming, trimming, decorating, and glazing. Bring your ideas, experiment with new techniques, and receive individualized guidance to help bring your projects to life.

This 5-week class meets Thursdays from 9am to noon, beginning August 20. Whether you're new to ceramics or have experience in the studio, you'll have the opportunity to learn, create, and grow at your own pace.
