Ceibo Gallery

Ceibo Gallery Ceibo Gallery was born from the meeting of two Argentine women, one from the imposing Chaco forests and the other from the fertile Tucumán valleys.

From Miami, far from their homeland, Brenda and Gabriela—two cultural managers united by a deep passion for art—decided to join forces to create a space where the stories and talent of artists from their land could transcend borders. Sharing a profound desire to showcase Argentina’s cultural richness to the world, they founded a gallery that serves as a bridge between traditions and modernity. Thu

s, Ceibo Gallery was born, with a clear vision of giving voice and visibility to both emerging and established artists, bringing the art of their homeland to Miami’s multicultural scene. Ceibo Gallery is more than just a gallery; it is a space where art becomes a universal language—a dialogue that connects territories, stories, and emotions. Gabriela and Brenda work to ensure that each exhibited piece can be felt, lived, and understood from the perspective of the territory where their artists create and produce. Their purpose is clear: to enable Argentine artists to transcend borders, with their essence embedded in every piece, admired and valued by a global audience, connecting cultures and territories through the power of art.

-

Oil on canvas
35 x 27 in

𝘐𝘯 𝘈𝘭𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘰 𝘍𝘳í𝘢𝘴’ 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴:

“Rosa pálido is part of a series of landscapes where the otherworldly takes center stage. Like an echo of memory, the clouds appear with blurred edges, suspended in a fragile stillness. At the same time, the warm atmosphere creates a subtly altered space, where the different planes seem to melt into one another, leaving only a few points of blue in focus.

Is this the tangible form of the sky we look at, or simply a reminder of what is slowly ceasing to be?

Either way, the impossibility of holding on to a single state becomes evident through stillness.

But a moment, however brief, is enough.”

From Monteros, Tucumán to Miami, Adrián Sosa’s participation in To Inhabit a Cloud was an important part of our work at Ceibo Gallery: creating a space for his practice to enter into dialogue with an international context.

Rooted in the landscape and social history of Tucumán, his work explores the intersections of body, territory, labor, and material memory, transforming lived experience into gesture, action, and testimony.

We are pleased to share the feature published by Art Miami (Art Miami Magazine) on the exhibition, presented at The Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery (THE FRANK) with curatorial work by Sophie Bonet (Sophie)

For Ceibo, these encounters are part of our ongoing commitment to connecting Latin American artists with new contexts and audiences.

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚 ✨

At Ceibo Gallery, we are pleased to present the work of Claudia Santanera.

Claudia Santanera is a poet and visual artist. Since 2017, her practice has unfolded alongside families of basket weavers who work with caranday palm in the village of Copacabana, located in the central mountain ranges of Córdoba Province, Argentina.

She has developed a body of work in which weaving and writing emerge as reversible forms of thought. Her installations explore the relationships between memory, territory, and time, proposing spaces where words become material and weaving becomes a form of inscription.

Rooted in collaborative processes and shared knowledge, her work reflects on the ways stories are transmitted, transformed, and preserved through collective making.

A look back at our participation in NADA New York, where we presented the work of Agustina Lazarte and Guadalupe Carrizo.

We are happy to revisit some moments from this experience and the conversations that continue to expand the presence of Latin American contemporary art in new contexts.
