Labor Day Weekend we are closed on Sunday and Monday! Do enjoy our new hours on Friday and Saturday, open until 5pm!

It's that time of year! Effective 9/1/26 we are going to our NEW year round schedule (see below)! Thanks to your input, we have carved out 21% more hours in the week than last year!

AND, those hours help our families with older children, visting on the weekends, as well as time for the entire family to be together!

"The Happiest Place on Cape Cod" is going to be extra happy on Fridays! Friday is already a phenomenal day of the week, now we are staying open all day! Come in the morning, go home for lunch and come back. Pick up your kids after school and stop by - guess what - reduced admission every Friday after 3 pm - just $10 per person!

Are you a MEMBER? You can bring any two guests per membership, after 3 pm on Fridays! Kids get out of school and want to bring a friend - yep bring them on! Grandma is visiting for the weekend - show her why your kids love the museum!

Fridays will also have the Cape Cod Famous Miss-Lori Dutra at 11:00 am! All new programming - something different every day - begins the week of September 13th! We know you need some time to adjust to school and we need some time to recover from an amazing but VERY BUSY summer!

Last but not least - WE HAVE A NEW PRIVATE PARTY TIME! Fridays, from 5 pm - 7 pm you can schedule a private rental. Book your time now as this slot will fill up fast! Imagine, a party that doesn't interrupt the rest of your weekend plans!

Stay tuned for some special programming and drop off nights coming up this Fall! First craft night is open and tickets are available on the website!

We need some help friends! Do you live in a green state - will you come for a visit? We hope to reach all 50 states by the end of the year!

This spring we decided to track our guests by geography and wow, we have had visitors from almost half of the 312 cities and towns in Massachusetts, guests from 25 countries AND we are close to having visitors from every state in the USA!

Do you know anyone visiting the Cape from one of the green states? Please send them our way, we will even throw in passes for children or adults to be our guests! If you are a washashore from one of these states in the last 2 years and you have never been to the museum, that counts too!

Thank you Jane and family for visiting today. How fun to see an original t-shirt and logo. The newspaper paper clipping of you at 10 years old and today with your family!
We calculate that close to 2 million children and families have passed through our doors in the last 35 years and it is an honor to play together every day!
