We are excited to bring in local High Desert artist Wini Brewer back to Los Angeles for this mini solo from her on-going series AESTHETIC STRATEGIES. A return to form is something common within abstract painting but here Brewer utilizes collage as a the chosen medium, creating a push and pull between formalist abstraction and the pop culture figurative and narrative. Decades of the inner critic guiding Brewer's art is fully washed away in one of the final series Brewer looks to create.
