: The day before we opened on Broadway, nine years ago. Months of construction, late nights, every detail fussed over. Then we pulled up and saw our brand-new sign.

Turns out the sign company's computer didn't know what to do with an É, so it just… improvised. And the installer hung it up proudly. We laughed until we cried. Easily the biggest typo we've ever seen.

The accent got fixed. The croissants stayed the same.

The information that writers actually need.

With any set of examples big enough you'll always get patterns which are entirely just a result of how probability works. Finite set of phonemes. Even smaller set for the ones which get chosen for the words which get spoken constantly. Inevitably keep mixing up combinations of a small set of "parts" and sometimes you'll get repeats for the same reason that you'll roll the same combination occasionally if you roll dice more than a small number of times.
