Around the gallery we call him “Happy Bird.”
And somewhere along the way, he became our mascot.
This snowy egret photograph from Sarah’s collection has become one of the most recognized and loved pieces in our shop. There’s something joyful about him — the wild feathers, the confident stride, the little spark of personality caught mid-motion.
It feels very Key West to us: elegant, untamed, and impossible not to smile at.
Available as fine art prints in our gallery and shipped nationwide for collectors who want a little coastal joy at home.

Creative experiments don’t always go as planned — and that’s part of the fun.
I’ve been testing crochet with macramé cord to explore larger-scale texture and structure. The material has a beautiful sculptural quality, but it’s definitely less forgiving than yarn. This piece may not be the final destination, but it opened the door to new ideas and directions.
I love when different parts of my creative life begin talking to each other — clay, pattern, fiber, texture, repetition. It all feels connected somehow.
