VFW Post 9182 was proud to recognize our 3rd Place Voice of Democracy winner for Katy ISD recently!

We're incredibly proud of all the Katy ISD students who participated this past year. Thanks to community support, our Post was able to award nearly $10,000 in scholarships — and we're working to grow that impact even more.

This past week, Katy VFW Post 9182 had the honor and privilege of presenting the VFW JROTC Award to several outstanding JROTC students from Katy ISD, as well as awarding scholarships to Katy ISD graduates who will be attending the University of Houston and Lone Star College.

This past weekend, we held our annual Katy VFW Awards Night, where we honored some outstanding Katy ISD students with scholarships and recognized a few of Katy, Texas’s finest citizens for their exceptional support of our Veterans.
