Ninth Wave Studio Art Studio/Gallery of Linda Rzoska What is The Ninth Wave? The Ninth Wave is the studio of Linda Rzoska in Kalamazoo Michigan.

The mission of this studio includes promoting the work of artists in Southwest Michigan by giving artsts opportunities to exhibit their work in our gallery. If you Google the phase “the ninth wave” you’ll come across a lot of interesting information –from the famous oil painting by Russian artist Ivan Aivazovsky to occult and new age references. Please, the studio name has nothing to do with any o

f these things. The name of the studio came about from my study of Celtic mythology and folklore in which the boundaries of the mortal world are marked by the ninth wave. It’s more about journeying past known thresholds than anything else. Visit by appointment only, please phone 269-271-3161
