HMA’s Saturday KidsArt is scheduled to take place on May 30, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission to Saturday KidsArt is free because of the generous sponsorship of Hoops Family Children's Hospital.

Saturday KidsArt is an art activity designed for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. The first art activity begins at 1 p.m. The second art activity begins at 2 p.m. It is OK to participate in one or both art activities, and it is not necessary to register in advance for Saturday KidsArt.

HMA offers free admission on Tuesdays. Our Tuesday hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please consider joining us at HMA for a free opening reception for “Studio Selections” on Tuesday, May 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. as part of the 4th Tuesday Tour Series. This exhibit continues on view at HMA through June 21.

“This exhibit offers participants in the art classes and workshops at the Huntington Museum of Art the opportunity to display their artwork in a museum setting,” said HMA Education Director Cindy Dearborn. “We are impressed with the quality of the work taking place in our art studios here at HMA and we think the public will appreciate the artwork as well.”

Studio classes offered at HMA during the past few years include ceramics, photography, painting, printmaking, and drawing. For more information on Huntington Museum of Art membership or exhibits and classes, visit hmoa.org or call (304) 529-2701. HMA is fully accessible.

This exhibit is presented with support from The Isabelle Gwynn and Robert Daine Exhibition Endowment.

This project is supported with financial assistance from the West Virginia Department of Tourism and the National Endowment for the Arts, with approval of the West Virginia Commission on the Arts.

The Tri-State Arts Association Biennial Juried Exhibit continues on view at HMA through Sunday, June 21, 2026. Don't miss the chance to see the work of regional artists from West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio on display in this exhibit.
