This is a busy time of year with the final tournaments (Cordele Open #2 - 9/12) and Jimmy Coile Memorial- 9/18), State Singles and Georgia/ Florida Tournament. All of these tournaments are pre-registered and the dates are coming up. We have provided the information on these tournaments but if you need more details, let us know. The next regular tournament is Cordele #2 and the deadline to call and get your name on the list to pitch is 9/9. Call or text Marcus Waters (229-322-0394) if interested in pitching on 9/12 in Cordele. The schedule will be published closer to time so you have pitching times and additional information. Our last sanctioned tournament of the year will be Sept. 19. It’s the annual Jimmy Coile Memorial Tournament. It is PRE-REGISTER, and the deadline to sign up is Wed. Sept. 16. See flyer for details.

Congratulations to Tanya Coile for finishing 3rd in the B Class today at Dan Watson’s courts in Hazel Green, AL. She pitched 30% and had a record of 3-2. Good pitching, Tanya!

Perry is hosting a sanctioned tournament this Saturday. It is not preregister, but you need to be signed in no later than 9:30 am!

Just a reminder that the next tournament is Perry Peach Pitch on August 8th. Sign in is no later than 9:30 a.m. with pitching to begin as close to 10:00 as possible. If you have questions or are running late contact President Royce Byrd (478-957-3333). The address to the courts is Rozar Park, 1060 Keith Drive in Perry, Georgia. Just to remind you that September 12th is the deadline to order GHPA State Singles T-Shirts. The shirts are $20.00 for sizes small to xlarge and for sizes 2XL and 3XL you can purchase for $25.00. The color is Sport Gray. Plan to bring your money and put in your order on Saturday. Again, if you have questions call President Royce Byrd at 478-957-3333.

Congratulations to Kendell Beck for finishing 3rd in the Cadet Boys World Championship. He had a 3-2 record and pitched 54.17%. He had some really good games. He also had some loyal 4-Stakes fans cheering him on. 😉

Congratulations to Maria Lewallen McIntyre for finishing 3rd in the Women’s G Class at the World Tournament in Wausau, WI. Her record was 11-4, and her ringer percentage was 34%. Fantastic pitching, Maria.
