2023 Woodford Reserve Master's Collection #19, Sonoma Triple Finish.

90.4 proof, 70cl.

Colour: Burnt Sienna.
Nose: Vanilla and cinnamon dusted grilled pineapple slices and red plum fruit.
Palate: Vine and red fruit warmed with rich vanilla bean and oak notes.
Finish: Long oak and red grape tannins.

Sonoma Triple Finish, is a unique blend of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been finished in Sonoma County Pinot Noir, Brandy, and former Bourbon barrels used to age red wine.

2024 The GlenDronach 18 Year.

46% ABV, 700ml.
2024 Polish Tax Stamp.

Colour: Antique bronze with an amber hue.
Nose: Deep aromatics of fudge and dark muscovado sugar. Fruit compote and morello cherries provide added layers of complexity.
Palate: Rich, dark and seductive. Remarkable flavours of stewed fruits and allspice marry together with classical aged Oloroso and toasted walnut bread and chocolate orange.

Matured in fine Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain, this richly sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky presents exquisite complexity, with dark treacle, allspice and walnut carrying on into the long, lingering finish.

2024 The Whistler Doppelbock Rye Cask Finish.

43% ABV, 700ml.
Bottled on 08JAN24.

Nose: Creamy fruits are followed by an enticing cedar spice with a hint of clove.
Palate: A rich mouthfeel with malty timber notes unravelling into poached pear and roasted almonds.
Finish: A long and complex finish with cracked black pepper lingering.

The Whistler Doppelbock Rye Cask Finish is a creative collaboration between Boann Distillery’s ‘The Whistler’ and Rye River Brewing Co. A number of Rye Whiskey casks were filled with a sweet malty Doppelbock beer and lagered in casks for 6 months. We then filled these casks with a blend of Single Grain and Single Malt whiskeys which had been matured in Rye casks. The result is a delicious sweet, spicy and malty whiskey.

2022 Redbreast Kentucky Oak.

Nose: Opens with notes of freshly cut cedarwood, almond and vanilla, while succulent dark berries resting on new oak shavings enhance the sweet fruit and warming charred wood influences, complementing the pot still spices.
Palate: Spices to the fore of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove that continue to build over time working in tandem with the oak’s rich tannins while balanced with autumnal fruit notes that delicately linger in the background along with sweet and decadent notes of brown sugar toffee and vanilla.
Finish: Lasting finish with the fruits the first to slowly fade, leaving the pot still spices to linger effortlessly in harmony with the sweet tones and intricate nature of the American oak.

Redbreast Irish Whiskey is embarking on an exciting new chapter as it unveils a dedicated whiskey collection for the United States. The American Oak series celebrates the influential and integral role of native wood in the production of Redbreast Irish Whiskey, giving provenance to the wood and unique American Oak influences to the whiskey.

The first limited release in this innovative series, Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition, is made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, before being finished for a period of 3 to 7 months in naturally air-dried PEFC certified American White Oak sourced from the Taylor Family’s Elk Cave Farm in Kentucky.

2022 The Whistler P.X. I Love You Single Malt.

46% ABV, 700ml.
Bottled on 03FEB22.

Nose: Fantastically delicious sherry nose. Dried berries, raisins, cherries and sultanas/ golden raisins, with candied orange and sticky brown/ demerara sugar.
Palate: Wood forward opening, with an incredibly viscous yet crisp palate. The dried fruits and brown sugar from the nose are joined on the palate by walnut, zesty citrus and a hint of leather.
Finish: Walnut, dried fruits and the subtle wood prickle remain for a lengthy dry finish with a subtle hint of dark chocolate.

This single malt exudes delicious sherry influence. 100% malted barley, initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in ex-PX Sherry Casks for 9 months.

2022 Silkie The Midnight Irish Whiskey.

46% ABV, 700ml.

Colour: Yellow Gold.
Nose: Rich muscovado sweetness, pipe smoke, christmas spice, sandalwood, orange zest, baked apples, chocolate orange, sweet to***co, rounded, linseed and earthy.
Palate: Initially intense molasses sweetness, as it warms a dry peat smoke takes over. Pipe ash , raisins and sultanas boiled with nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Then toffee apples, a toasted, drying oak and to***co and leather and yet a freshness – a brisk hint of pine and blood oranges even sweet grapefruit.
Finish: The sweet spice just melts gently way and leaves a comforting dried fruit and peat fire warmth.

With 35% triple distilled peated malt at its heart, The Midnight Silkie is a rich, complex and smoky blend, completing the core range of our Silkie Irish Whiskeys. In all, five single malts aged in sherry, bourbon, oloroso, red wine, virgin oak and imperial stout casks, are blended to perfection giving a whiskey that marks the final step in the journey of smoke offered by the Silkie collection.

Nose: An evocative nose with subtle spices backed by resinous bark and burnt orange aromas, with notes of freshly cut grass and floral honey.
Palate: A rich and viscous mouthfeel with sweet marmalade on entry, superseded by peppermint and oak spices.
Finish: A prolonged finish imparted with delightful notes of cinnamon and clove.

nitially matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels from the famed Brown Forman of Kentucky and made from American Oak 200ltr (Quercus Alba) with a heavy charring.
We filled these casks with a mixed mash bill Single Pot Still distillate which included malted barley, unmalted barley, oats and rye. All of these grains are Irish and grown locally.
In collaboration with the famous Marsala house, Cantine de Vinci, we sourced a selection of Superiore and Fine Marsala Butts made from (Quercus Petraea) French oak.
