2025 Boann Palo Cortado Solera, "The Copper".

50% ABV, 700ml.
Bottle 164 of 222.
Bottled for the Celtic Wh***ey Shop.

Nose: Dominant notes of raisins, figs, dates, plums, leather, cinnamon, and a light touch of black pepper.
Palate: A thick, creamy, and viscous mouthfeel offering deep walnut, orange oil, and a characteristic saline edge typical of Palo Cortado casks.

Boann “The Copper” Palo Cortado Solera is a rare, highly limited Single Pot Still Irish Wh***ey produced by Boann Distillery as an exclusive bottling for the Celtic Wh***ey Shop. Released in late 2025, this expression was limited to a strict run of just 222 bottles.
Inspired by a historic 1908 Waterside Distillery recipe from Co. Derry, it features a mixed mash bill consisting of 55% malted barley, 40% unmalted barley, and 5% oats.
The spirit initially rested in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads before being transferred to a 100-year-old, oval-shaped Palo Cortado Solera system affectionately named "Los Trillizos Misteriosos" (The Mysterious Triplets) to finish.
Non-chill filtered, and features completely natural coloration.

The Macallan Sienna.

43% ABV, 700ml.

Colour: Warm sienna.
Nose: Subtle vanilla blended with sharp, zesty orange and a crisp freshness of green apples.
Palate: Rich and fruity, leading with dates, figs, and raisins before opening up into warm baking spices like nutmeg and ginger.
Finish: Smooth, gentle, and warming with lingering notes of elegant oak.

Macallan Sienna is a prominent, No Age Statement (NAS) single malt Scotch wh**ky that belonged to the brand's highly discussed 1824 Series. Introduced in 2013, the color-led series moved away from traditional age statements to focus entirely on the natural color and flavor profile developed through cask aging. The 1824 Series was officially discontinued in 2018, making remaining bottles of Sienna a sought-after target for collectors and enthusiasts on the secondary market.
Sienna sits as the third darkest expression in the four-bottle lineup (progressing from Gold and Amber to Sienna and Ruby).
It is aged exclusively in 100% first-fill sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain, utilizing a mix of Spanish and American oak.

2000s Tyrconnel Single Malt Irish Wh***ey.

40% ABV, 700ml.

Nose: Mild and distinctly fruity, dominated by fresh orange, lemon zest, sweet honey, and light caramel.
Palate: A soft, accessible entry featuring sweet notes of vanilla, fresh citrus, and malty grains, balanced by a growing presence of dry oak and a slight nuttiness.
Finish: Simple, short, and clean, leaving behind a subtle touch of wood spice and lingering fruit sweetness.

Unlike most traditional Irish wh***eys that are triple-distilled, Tyrconnell stood out in the 2000s as a double-distilled single malt. This process allowed it to retain a richer, more viscous, and oily mouthfeel.
Aged exclusively in ex-bourbon white American oak barrels.
Kilbeggan Distilling Company (under Beam Suntory) rebranded the expression in 2017 and raised the standard strength to 43% ABV.

2000's Powers Gold Label 12 Year Special Reserve.

40% ABV, 700ml.

Nose: Rich with manuka honey, cinnamon, baking spices, orange zest, and soft, oily barley.
Palate: A velvety, creamy mouthfeel yielding flavors of vanilla, butterscotch, stewed orchard fruits (apples and peaches), balanced by a prominent white pepper pot still kick.
Finish: Medium to fast finish transitioning from dried apricots and honey

Originally released in 2000 to commemorate the Millennium, the Powers Gold Label 12 Year Old Special Reserve proved popular enough to become a continuing expression. This represented a premium age-stated extension of the familiar Gold Label, which had long been sold without a stated age. A 40% ABV blend with a strong pot-still component, it was eventually discontinued around the introduction of Powers John's Lane 12 Year Old in 2013.

2023 The Macallan The Harmony Collection Green Meadow.

40.2% ABV, 700ml.

Colour: Spring Morning.
Nose: ​Fresh orange, lemon, wild primrose, honeydew melon, bluebells, and a distinct note of damp, rainy earth.
Palate: ​Bright lemon, barley sugar, creamy vanilla, almonds, and fresh oak.
Finish: Long, sweet, and creamy, with a vibrant, primrose-scented floral character.

The Macallan Harmony Collection "Green Meadow" is a limited-edition single malt Scotch wh**ky released as a travel retail exclusive. Launched as part of the third edition of the distillery's sustainable Harmony Collection series, it was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to honor their childhood memories of spring days spent in the Scottish countryside.
Crafted by the Macallan Wh**ky Mastery Team using a combination of both sherry-seasoned oak casks and ex-bourbon casks.
True to the ethos of The Macallan Harmony Collection, the presentation box and bottle labels are crafted with a strong focus on sustainability. They incorporate discarded, repurposed meadow cuttings right into the paper materials. Additionally, the side of each presentation box features an exclusive photograph of The Macallan Estate captured by Mary McCartney.
This expression was released alongside a sister bottling called Amber Meadow, which carries a slightly higher strength (44.2% ABV) and represents the essence of autumn, while Green Meadow captures the vibrant qualities of spring.

2020 The Macallan Concept No. 3.

40.8% ABV, 700ml.

Colour: California Gold.
Nose: Sweet fresh pear and apricot, gentle oak spice – cinnamon and ginger. Vanilla with sweet citrus.
Palate: Warming oak spice, apple, pear, vanilla with a delicate herbal influence. Full creamy mouthfeel like a pasteis de nata.
Finish: Medium sweet with pastry.

Concept Number 3 is the third and final release in the Concept Series – a collection that fuses the artistry and expertise behind wh**ky making with creativity and culture.
David Carson brought his perspective and unique style to the design of Concept Number 3. He was inspired by his time spent at The Macallan Estate working alongside The Macallan’s Wh**ky Maker, Polly Logan. Best known for his innovative magazine design, and use of distinctive experimental typography, David has designed the pack and label for the third and final addition to the Concept range.
The wh**ky itself has been created to deliver a richness from first fill sherry butts, enhanced by sweetness and freshness from ex-bourbon barrels, with balance and spice which can be attributed to the specially selected refill and virgin American Oak casks.
