Phil Ponder deserves this honor and so much more for everything he has done for this community. ❤️

“Now we get the chance to give back to him,” District 14 Metro Council member Jordan Huffman said. ”And in his last days, I can't comprehend in words how much this community appreciates him.”

😍How lovely it is to see our beloved Mr. Phil Ponder’s Tennessee Cone Flowers use in such a wonderful way. Thanks Jordan Huffman Metro Councilman - District 14 for helping to make this happen. 😍

This morning, Phil Ponder’s coneflower artwork was installed on the utility box at the corner of Dodson Chapel Road and Central Pike.

Phil is a true treasure to our community. This piece joins the mural just around the corner on the side of the Hermitage Police Precinct that Phil designed last year. Together, they give his work a lasting place in Hermitage and will bring color and joy to neighbors for years to come.
