Thank you to everyone who came out for the Artists in the Attic first event since taking up residency! It was SUCH a fun night (with no shortage of gorgeous flowers and creativity) 🌸 We’re so excited for what’s to come and can’t wait for future events!

Still trying to decide if flower pounding is for you? 🌸 I prooooooomise it’s as easy as it is fun!

This little piece came from scrap fabric stuffed in a drawer, petals from a dying houseplant (RIP), and a few cuties snagged from an overgrown yard.

A bridal bouquet gets one very busy day in the spotlight… and then, if we’re lucky, a second life ✨ These flowers spent a few weeks tucked between layers of paper, slowly pressing and drying before finding their place in this piece. And getting to hand it back to the person who carried it on one of the happiest days of her life? The best part! 💓

I was also lucky enough to create a little wedding gift for her along the way. Just a sweet reminder that flowers have a way of finding their place in so many special moments 🌿 Thank you for trusting me with these little pieces of your story!

This piece was created from an arrangement saved from a beloved grandpa’s funeral 🤍

As is often the case with memorial flowers, these blooms had already begun to fade by the time I was able to preserve them. Even then, there is still SO much beauty worth saving. Sometimes the most beautiful keepsakes come from flowers that have already lived their fullest life 🌿
