A labour of love. 57 people. 7 years including planning and permitting processes. We will forever be humbled to have been part of 1/2 of 1 percent that get to build things like this. A love affair. Architect Darell DeBoer never disappoints with his dreamy lines. I’m glad we were able to facilitate. Permitted just before Covid it threw a wrench in the spokes, yet it’s finished. The stories are endless. The challenges and setbacks were plenty. A beautiful structure sits on a visible hill in a not well known spot in California. We release this one…. Beauty and wonder will remain with us forever

Don’t be hindered by your limitations. Use your limitations as steppingstones! Think about the people you know who’ve had setbacks and still have achieved great things. What’s holding you back? What can you do? Truth is you can do whatever you set your mind to. Napoleon Hill said “what the mind can perceive you can achieve” Earl Nightingale said “you become what you think about” Bob Proctor spoke about using the power of your mind to create a true self image one with powerful capability far beyond anything you’ve experienced. I was very moved by a few posts I saw by McKinnon Galloway in her fight with brain tumors… Just amazing her ability to reach beyond and not be limited by her condition… Even losing her hearing out of nowhere. Sent out today to live the amazing life you’ve always dreamed of. SET YOUR GOALS NOW!!!

Contracting just isn’t about building things you’re skilled and knowledgeable about. There’s a lot more involved in the day-to-day. Trailers and equipment play a massive role in how we get things done and one little hiccup can lead to a catastrophe. Here’s a quick prompt to always review your equipment and make sure things are in good working order, increasing safety and progress.

The day has arrived and my life is changed once again. The buildout, staff, menu and all of the little pieces and parts are complete. Endless 18 hour days, but more to come. The food is amazing the beer even more spectacular. Together, we have done something rare. You’ll have to come and see to know what I mean. And now we start napkin scratching the next one...
