We had a beautiful day and a nice turnout for the annual Teen Self Care Fair this weekend! Teens got to check out aerial silks, long swords, cartooning, and hip-hop dance (among so much more!). They learned about financial literacy through fun activities with our sponsors at Elevations Credit Union. We even enjoyed a super chill sound bath in the digital dome theater and got to pet some sweet therapy dogs. Many thanks to our partners at the Alliance for Su***de Prevention of a Larimer County for the important work they do in supporting mental health and wellness for all.

If you or someone you know needs support, please text or call 988. You are not alone.

We'll see you next year!
