On July 20, 1980, the Atlas Mill was officially dedicated at Crossroads Village!

To celebrate the occasion, every visitor received a two-pound bag of freshly ground cornmeal to take home — a little taste of history straight from the mill.

The Crossroads Village General Store opened for business in 1978, but some of what’s inside is much older!

The store features authentic Victorian fixtures that originally came from an 1800s hardware store in Carson City, Michigan, helping give visitors a true glimpse into shopping in another era.

Halloween Ghosts & Goodies made its debut at Crossroads Village in 1988, welcoming 3,182 visitors in its very first year.

Just one year later, attendance more than doubled to 7,572 visitors! Bringing all that Halloween fun to life in 1989 took the help of an incredible 183 volunteers.

More than three decades later, Ghosts & Goodies continues to be one of Crossroads Village’s favorite fall traditions!

Just one more sleep! Ghosts & Goodies officially kicks off tomorrow at Crossroads Village! The Village is ready with trick-or-treating, spooky surprises, fall fun, and a ride aboard the Huckleberry Ghost Train Express.

Get those costumes ready, grab your treat bag, and get ready for some Halloween magic! We’ll see you tomorrow, October 3!

A little bad weather can’t stop Chili Nights!

Mother Nature may not be cooperating, but Chili Nights & Village Lights must go on! We’re moving the fun inside tomorrow, where it’ll be warm, cozy and—most importantly—dry.

The chili will be hot, the treats will be tasty, the music will be playing and the cozy fall vibes will still be plentiful.

Rain or shine, we’re ready for a great night at Crossroads Village. See you tomorrow!
