FMVA will be transporting art for all FMVA member artists interested.
Work must be packaged and at the House of Mulciber for transport by the 11th of June.

We here at FMVA are grateful for and proud of our members. We started showing them off as Member Highlights in our newsletter and we decided that we needed to also show them off in a broader light. Please take the time to check out our Member Highlights and learn a little about them.

Our Member Highlight for May 2026 is Ted Martin.

I grew up on the prairies in Mott, ND. As a child, I drew chickens, horses, cattle, and women. Most of my adult years, twenties to fifties, I’ve lived close to nature, so I spent time drawing wildlife and men. I no longer live close to nature. Fargo is quite urban, and I am adapting my drawing subject matter to it. Models vary from those who have posed to support themselves financially to those simply seeking to fulfill a fantasy of living eternally within a drawing. I’m old. I’m retired. Drawing is a hobby that keeps me sane.

FMVA allows me to make connections with those actively interested in the arts of Fargo-Moorhead and that’s appreciated.
