Please join the Fairhope Museum of History this Saturday, August 29th, at 1:00 pm to welcome local author T. Jensen Lacey as our August speaker! Lacey will discuss some local history and how the written word can be used to transform lives, improve health, and positively influence others.

Author of 23 books, more than 900 articles for newspapers and magazines and a nationally known speaker, Lacey has been a guest on NPR’s “Fresh Air”, The Grand Ole Opry Radio, and her stories have appeared 21 times in the New York Times Bestselling Chicken Soup for the Soul series.📖

🗓️ Make sure to join the Fairhope Museum of History this Saturday, July 25th, at 1:00pm to welcome Alison Ferniany as our July speaker! As a member of the Mobile Rock & Gem Society, Alison Ferniany will present on "Alabama Geological Landmarks". In this presentation, she will explore two of Alabama's most remarkable geological landmarks—the ancient marine deposits of the Saint Stephens Limestone Formation and the catastrophic asteroid impact that created the Wetumpka Impact Crater!
