A New Way to Explore the Tour!

We're excited to announce that this year, visitors can make the most of their Open Studio Tour experience with a free tour app. Browse participating artists and filter by medium, explore studio locations on an interactive map, and create a personalized route for your weekend adventure. Visitors can also use the app’s digital passport to check in as they visit studios along the way.

The 2026 Open Studio Tour is just around the corner - starting Friday, Oct. 16 - when dozens of Henderson County artists will welcome the art loving public to peek into their personal creative universes!

OST is happening 10am-4pm on Oct. 16, 17 and 18 and is free, self-guided and open to all.

The tour is especially fun if you bring a friend or two or three along (just a suggestion 😎🎨)

Our Hallow’d Art Show opens Friday (tomorrow!) Oct 9 from 6-8pm 👻 This community exhibition celebrates the mysterious, imaginative, and meaningful side of the season and will run through October 31 🎃🔥

We encourage you to participate in the Community Altar that's a part of this show - bring a photograph, a personal memento or a small object that resonates with meaning for you to add to the altar, a nod to traditional practices for Dia de los Mu***os.

And we hope you'll join us for the show's closeout blast starting at 6pm on Halloween for an anything-goes Costume Party! Come as you are—or arrive in your most creative, spooky or downright ridiculous costume. Costume contest judging takes place at 7pm, with prizes awarded to the winners.

Hallow’d Art Show

Something a little spooky is coming to Studio 116. The Hallow’d artwork has arrived and we are starting to hang the show.

Hallow’d Art Show celebrates the magical, mysterious, and beautifully macabre side of October with an eclectic exhibition of art inspired by Halloween and Día de los Mu***os. Come see the artwork and soak up the atmosphere.

Community Altar: October 7 - 31 • during business hours

You can take part in our community altar throughout the month. Bring a photograph, a personal memento, or simply come spend a quiet moment honoring loved ones, we hope it becomes a meaningful part of your visit.

Halloween Party - Costume Party: October 31 • 6pm

Come as you are—or come in costume—and join us for an evening of art, community, and a little Halloween fun. Pull out your most creative, spooky or downright ridiculous costume. Costume contest judging takes place at 7 PM, with prizes awarded to the winners.

Mary Heald’s wonderfully curious assemblages and paintings are on view at Studio 116 as part of Found Folk: Outsider Art of Mary Heald.

There’s just something magical about her characters. Come wander through Mary’s world; on display through Saturday.
