Durham artists + creatives — we’re looking for your input.

We’re exploring the possibility of opening a permanent home for Fusion with affordable artist studio space beginning in June 2027.

We’re looking at private studios ranging from $200–$600/month, plus a shared community studio with memberships starting at $65/month. The space would include natural light, storage, easy parking, kiln access, and room to work across a variety of mediums. Members would also be able to teach classes and host events.

Right now, we’re just gauging interest. We can’t move forward with the space unless we know there are enough people who would actually use it and be willing to commit for a year.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please fill out the interest form at the link in our bio. There’s no commitment yet—we’re trying to understand whether the demand is there.

And please share this with any artists, makers, or creative small business owners who might be looking for space in Durham. The more interest we can show, the better chance we have of making this happen.
