SMINK Art + Design

SMINK Art + Design Representing contemporary and classic modern furniture lines and fine art since 1989.

Established in 1989 as a showcase of fine design and furniture, SMINK has become a purveyor of fine products for living. We have gathered great manufacturers to us that represent the products of many famous designers – Minotti with the work of Rodolfo Dordoni, Living Divani with the work of Piero Lissoni, Porro with Lissoni, Massaud, Pillet, Rennie, and Kettal with Patricia Urquiola, Jasper Morris

on, and Dordoni, Simon/Estel with the work of the great Carlos Scarpa. These are the great minds of the modern age – all of whom pursued the elegance of perfect design.

Petal-shaped armrests, cord-wrapped steel, cushions built for lingering. Monica Armani’s Margherì collection turns the Belle Époque idea of the garden into something modular and modern. Sofas, a daybed, a dining chair — all designed for the art of doing beautifully little.

Beneath the clean lines, the A.B.C. armchair hides a reclining mechanism built into that same tubular steel frame — comfort engineered as carefully as the silhouette.

Steel frame, black leather, a seat set low and exact within it. Thirty years on, the A.B.C. armchair still reads as sharp as the day Citterio drew it.

Subtle sophistication is the underlying concept that inspired the Ozzy family of armchairs, dining chairs and ottomans. A family that finds its ideal interpretation in the choice of superlative materials - like fine cowhide - in the perfection of the fold, and in the refined metal stud detail, thanks to Flexform’s tradition of master craftsmanship.

In the words of its designer, the Ozzy story comes to life: from the initial concept by Patrick Norguet, to the special partnership with Flexform, the brand whose in-house team knew how to masterfully interpret the design and translate it into a vision of quiet elegance.

Available in an array of different shapes and finishes, the Arnold coffee table can interpret the mood of a space and enhance its warmth and welcoming spirit.

Nature’s layering, brought indoors. Raw wood meets back-painted glass — texture and refinement in quiet harmony.

Each Phenomena piece is hand-blown into a custom-made mould that combines clear and colored glass. The color gradient forms gradually within the molten mass, giving every piece its own depth and individual character.

The name chosen for this BOMMA collection, inspired by basic geometric shapes, comes from the Greek word for ‘appearances.’ According to Plato’s teachings, phenomena are mere transient images of eternal and perfect forms and thus inherently unreal.

The Tim collection by BOMMA brings a sense of quiet monumentality to a warm alpine interior.

Each piece is free-blown without the use of a form, reaching the limits of glassmaking in both size and weight. Despite its impressive scale, the collection remains visually pure and almost effortless within the space.

Its minimal shape lets the mastery of hand-blown crystal stand out with restraint, adding depth, elegance, and a calm sculptural presence to the chalet interior.
