Just a sneak peek of our upcoming exhibit at the C. William Gilchrist Museum of the Arts. The art of Wayne George & Raymond Burns Showcase and Opening Reception opens this Saturday at 5pm following the Western Maryland Artist Studio Tour. Enjoy beautiful studios throughout Allegany County, the Mountain Side of Maryland on Saturday followed by delightful bites, beverages and beautiful art inspired by Western Maryland Scenic Railroad and other locomotives in gallery.

A special shoutout to Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss, who stopped by the Gilchrist during the reception for “Watercolor…and Beyond” and took home a beautiful piece by local artist Annie Kilcoyne!
