Delighted to share that the @LarzAnderson #AutoMuseum’s 1901 Winton race car won First in Class at the @AudrainConcours!

The Winton Bullet was the first production race car made available to the American public. This car is 1 of 4 made and the only surviving example, and since it still belongs to the Anderson Collection, it’s a 120-year-old SINGLE OWNER car! I’m so glad so many people got to see it at the fabulous event in Newport today.

Just an FYI! Transporterfest/VW Day is back this Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Registration is day-of only.

Japanese Car & Motorcycle Day is next Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 10 AM - 2PM. You may register your vehicle online on our website.

Spectator tickets for these events are available day-of only and do not sell out!

If you are visiting the Museum, masks are required in the building and in all buildings in Brookline, MA. Masks are not required outside.

Fellow Gearheads: If you are looking for a house in the Boston urban area where you can house your car collection, we are selling our home in Somerville: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/280-Broadway-APT-7-Somerville-MA-02145/118192811_zpid/ The ground floor of the house has 1408 sqft of workshop space that is heated, insulated, has great lighting and windows, 110 V and 220 V power, hot and cold water, and can park 5 cars (6+ if you put in lifts)!!! The outside parking lot has room to park an additional 6 cars. This property was a gearhead wonderland for us (you will see our car projects in the pictures) and may be for one of you, too. There are open houses on Thursday 10/15 and Sunday 10/18. Happy wrenching!
