Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center is a hands-on, interactive Early Learning School with a full day, full year NAEYC accredited infant toddler mixed age program and School Readiness, NAEYC accredited, Reggio-Emilia Inspired Preschool Program. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation and a division of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol. Imagine Nation has re-imagined how we work with c

hildren in our Museum Studios. We now offer intentional facilitator led experiences rather than self-exploration within the museum. This provides the opportunity to expand educational experiences and create meaningful family engagement. Our new programming includes a variety of workshops as well as community outreach, field trips, birthday parties, and family event opportunities.

Our Imagine Nation team has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on our classrooms and Museum Studios, and we can’t wait to fill our building with learning, laughter, and fun once again!

We’re excited to welcome our Early Learners back next week and our Museum guests back the week of September 7!

Yesterday, the Imagine Nation team came together for a Professional Development Day filled with learning, team building, and connection!

It was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas, strengthen our skills, and continue growing together as educators. Investing in our staff means investing in the children and families we serve every day.

🎳 Celebrating the amazing team behind Imagine Nation!

Our Imagine Nation staff came together at Spare Time Entertainment for a well-deserved Staff Appreciation Day filled with bowling, arcade games, laser tag, raffles, delicious food, and plenty of laughs!

Thank you to every member of our team for a job well done this year. Your creativity, compassion, and dedication create meaningful experiences for our children and families every day. We are so grateful for all that you do! 💙

🎉 That’s a wrap on another amazing Imagine Nation school year!

We celebrated with our annual Summer Party, featuring treats, crafts, a bounce house, and plenty of family fun! A huge thank-you to our PAC for making special moments like this possible. 💙

Goats in pajamas? Yes, please! 🐐📚

On Friday, Bradley Mountain Farm visited Imagine Nation for a special interactive “Goats N’ Pajamas” program provided in partnership with Thomaston Savings Bank! Children met Jasper the adorable goat, listened to Zebra and Yak: The Backwards Alphabet Book, and even had the opportunity to feed and accessorize their new four-legged friend.

Join us tomorrow, August 14, at 1:00 p.m. for Goats in Pajamas! Wear your favorite pajamas and enjoy an afternoon with some adorable furry friends. Pre-registration is required. 🐐

Then, visit us August 17–21 for Stamp Collage at 10:30 a.m. and Printmaking at 1:30 p.m. Don’t miss our final Afternoon Arts on the Farm on Wednesday, August 19, featuring paper making and half-price admission after noon!

Foam, fun, and LOTS of smiles! 🎉☀️

Yesterday, we shut down the parking lot and turned it into a foamy wonderland for our Early Learners! The kids danced, played, and laughed their way through mountains of foam, and had an absolute blast! 😄

🍋 Summer days are perfect for a lemonade stand!

Classroom 2A students squeezed fresh lemons, mixed the ingredients, and created their own sign. They then decided to share their homemade lemonade with the staff and students throughout the school!

What a refreshing summer treat and a wonderful hands-on learning experience centered around creativity, teamwork, and kindness. 💛

Classroom 2B students had a blast yesterday on their field trip to the Bristol Fire Station! 👨‍🚒

With the assistance of some of Bristol's finest, they learned how to man the fire hose, were taught how to use 911 responsibly, and got a special look inside some of the station's trucks. 🚒
