Our group, Percheron Poets, has a show coming up in August at Kimball Jenkins. Each of us will have 2 poems written by each of us and they are matched to an artist, who will be interpreting our poem. One of my poems is entitled "Hawks" and I write about my tractor driving in our fields. Carol Lake, a paper sculpture artist, has created a pice interpreting my words. She still has firing and finishing to do, but I am in thrilled with it!!

a little bittersweet....finished my piece for the upcoming League of NH Craftsmen Summer Fair. This will be the last piece completed at my studio in Boscawen. My new spot in Concord will soon be buzzing with new pieces....just have to finish moving!

Hi folks....somehow there is some confusion about when the TWIGGS' Yart Sale is....it is next Friday and Saturday, the 29th & 30th 10-3...it is NOT this weekend.

Kind of fun. I write poetry as another avenue for my creativity....and my true excitement comes when I can combine my words with my mixed media!!
Every year our local public radio offers an opportunity for NH poets to submit their work to honor April's National Poetry month. Had a terrific day at Two Villages Art Society: Gallery demonstrating painting on teabags. Great crowd, lots of terrific questions, and I sold some work!! Thank you to Susan Huppi for the photo!
