Join us tomorrow at The Children's Playhouse for a day full of hands-on fun! Start your morning with Dry Ice Bubbles at 10:00 AM and discover what happens when dry ice and bubbles come together for a science experiment that's sure to amaze.

Then come back at 3:30 PM for Kids Can Cook with Shane from F.A.R.M. Cafe, where little chefs will help make a delicious treat to enjoy.

Kick off summer with stories, fun, and adventure! Join us this Tomorrow on Saturday, May 30th, at the Watauga County Public Library for their Summer Reading Kickoff from 12:30 PM–4:00 PM! ☀️📖

There will be fun for all ages, and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer reading season. Grab a book, explore, play, and make it a full day of fun! 💕🌈

Plus, The Children’s Playhouse will still be OPEN Saturday from 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, so you can stop by for playtime before or after the kickoff! 🧸🎨

Tomorrow, Friday, May 29th | 10:00–10:30 AM

Join Playhouse mom and former dance educator Lauren Phillis for a morning full of music, movement, and fun! Little ones will dance, play, wiggle, and groove their way through this playful program made to get kids moving and having fun together. ✨💃🕺

Come burn some energy and kick off your Friday morning at the Playhouse!

Join us for our new class, Boogie and Bond, starting Tomorrow, May 28th at 10:00 AM and continuing the second and fourth Thursday of each month through July! This playful class is designed for babies and their grownups to experience music, movement, and connection together. Babywearing is encouraged, early walkers are welcome to explore alongside their grownup, and older siblings can join the fun too. Come ready to dance, laugh, play, and make sweet memories together 💛

Boogie and Bond is led by Catharine Milner, who brings more than 20 years of dance teaching experience for all ages. With a mix of music, movement, and silliness, Catharine creates a joyful space that helps little ones and their grownups bond while building a lifelong love for the arts!
