Our 2026 season is almost at an end. Join us for our final event of the year on October 24 at 11 am at the Fort Laurens Theater. Dave Davis will be the last guest speaker for our Speaker Series and will share stories about his time with the Ohio Historical Society in the 1960s. We hope to see you there!

A test palisade has been built at Fort Laurens! As many of you may know, a test wall is in the process of being built as part of our efforts with the Ohio History Connection to rebuild the fort. Learn more about the behind-the-scenes process of getting the wall completed at the link below!

Join us for a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse at the people and projects that helped shape how Ohio’s history is preserved and shared today at our final Speaker Series event on October 24 at 11 am in the Fort Laurens Theater. Dave Davis, a former Curator of Interpretation at the Ohio Historical Society, will share what it was like to help develop and interpret historic sites, including Fort Laurens, during the 1960s and 1970s. This event is free and open to the public, so feel free to bring a friend!
