Now in the Artist-in-Residence Studio, Danielle O’Malley is bringing her monumental, mixed media works to the YAM! Danielle’s Open Studio Hours are Wednesday – Friday, 12 – 2 PM, and 5 – 8 PM on First Friday, July 3rd. We invite you to stop by and engage with this wonderful artist!

Danielle O’Malley is a Montana-based sculptor whose hand-built, large-scale ceramic works intend to increase people’s environmental awareness. Her work is monumental in scale, symbolic in message, and inventive in materials, ranging from crocheted plastic bags, up-cycled fabric, to woven flagging from construction sites. The scavenged materials are further re-contextualized through textile processes incorporating her earthen, ceramic forms.
