We're launching a new quarterly program for adults! UMLAUF Craft is an evening of creativity led by a working artist. Our first class will be on Thursday, Nov. 19 focusing on the craft of sculpture with Elizabeth Bonura. Tickets are $45 each and $35 for UMLAUF members which includes supplies, cocktails, and mocktails. Bring the whole family to StrawFest on Sunday, Oct. 25 for a free day of fun, featuring a lineup of reptilian and feathered friends. “Eagle” Erik of the WILDCenter of Texas will host two live Raptors + Reptiles shows at 12 and 2 PM starring Owlbert the Eurasian eagle-owl, Mocha the common buzzard, and Kazakh, their youngest bird, a Saker falcon. Plus, enjoy an abundance of activities all day, 11 AM to 4 PM.

The UMLAUF Holiday Market returns December 1st from 5-8 PM and we want you to be part of it! We’re welcoming local vendors of all kinds to join us for a festive evening filled with shopping, seasonal fun, and community.

Guests will stroll through the Garden after hours while shopping a curated selection of handmade goods, art, and unique gifts. Expect live harp music, seasonal drinks, and an evening of creativity and community surrounded by art and nature.

The collectors of these four artworks will be at our Insights panel tomorrow night alongside our Executive Director and Curator, Dr. Katie Robinson Edwards. The collectors will share their connection to Umlauf's art and experiences with the Umlauf family, followed by questions and discussions with the audience. Doors at 6, talk begins at 6:30.
