Two years since Helene, and we are reminded every day of what makes this community so special.

We’re grateful for everyone who showed up, supported us, came back, and helped keep the glass glowing through a difficult time.

Thank you for being here with us. ❤️

We're excited to announce our 2027 Blue Ridge Resident, Alton Bucheimer! .glass www.resonantglass.com

The Blue Ridge Residency supports contemporary hot glass artists who have historically had limited access to professional opportunities, specialized facilities, and resources within the field. Each year, a selected artist receives four weeks of dedicated studio time and resources to develop ambitious work and advance their artistic practice. Through studio work, public programming, and meaningful cultural exchange, the residency connects visiting artists with Western North Carolina's vibrant glass community and creates opportunities for artists, students, and the public to engage with contemporary glass.
