〈風味之外：當 AD Cafe 與 Philocoffea 在府城相遇〉
每一次跨界合作都是一場充滿變數的冒險，在不同品牌的思維磨合與火花激盪中，挑戰始終存在。然而，本次與 AD Cafe、Philocoffea 、bar Loftice與bar home 翔哥的多方合作，卻展現了罕見的優雅與默契。
這份「異常的順利」，源於彼此對極致呈現的共同執著。因為願意傾聽、深層理解，我們將磨合轉化為進化的動力。謝謝 AD Cafe 的阿迪與木木，以及 Philocoffea 首席咖啡師 Rikito、Chacha 帶來的精彩企劃，為台南這座城市注入了迷人的咖啡與調酒敘事。
期待未來的某個午後，我們能在台南再度聚首，續寫更多關於咖啡調酒與生活的好奇心。
〈Resonance Beyond Flavor: When Coffee and Spirits Converge in the Ancient Capital〉
Every crossover is a venture into the unknown—a delicate dance of friction and inspiration where challenges are inevitable. Yet, this multi-faceted collaboration between AD Cafe, Philocoffea, Bar Loftice, and Bar Home’s Xiang-Ge unfolded with a rare sense of grace and seamless synergy.
This ”extraordinary smoothness“ stemmed from a shared obsession with excellence. By choosing to listen and deeply understand one another, we transformed the inherent friction of collaboration into a catalyst for evolution. A heartfelt thank you to Adi and Mumu from AD Cafe, and to Philocoffea’s head baristas, Rikito and Chacha, for curating such a brilliant project. Together, you have woven a captivating narrative of coffee and cocktails into the cultural fabric of Tainan.
