Happy birthday Flóra!

Flóra Borsi is a fine art photographer from Hungary whose surreal images explore themes of identity, relationships, emotions, and dreams through exquisite photo manipulation.

Her work captures the strength and fragility of the human psyche, often focusing on the female body while examining questions of female representation and the relationship between body and self.

Her ethereal aesthetic has earned international recognition, including a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and being named the first Hasselblad Heroine of the Year in 2021.

Anna Laudel Düsseldorf presents “With the Heart of a Sailor” by Ruth Biller, now on view through June 25.
Bringing together new works on paper and canvas, the exhibition unfolds through a layered practice combining drawing, painting, and mixed-media techniques. Working with materials such as wax, colored pencils, ink, and spray paint, Biller constructs pictorial spaces where memory, imagination, and observation intersect, and where motifs are continuously collected, reworked, and recontextualized.
“With the Heart of a Sailor” is on view at Anna Laudel Düsseldorf until June 25, 2026.
