Mulan Gallery is proud to announce the Singapore debut of master ceramicist Ken Matsuzaki. This milestone exhibition features 35 distinct works and is presented in honour of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan.
Trained under Living National Treasure Tatsuzo Shimaoka, Matsuzaki has spent a lifetime advancing the Mingei tradition. His masterworks, which celebrate the profound beauty of daily objects, are held in the permanent collections of institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum. We look forward to welcoming collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts to experience this extraordinary cultural exchange.
