In view of the forecasted inclement weather and for the safety of all participants, the FREE Guided Bambike Exploration Tour scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026 is postponed.

The safety and well-being of our participants, partners, and staff remain our top priority. As weather conditions are expected to be unfavorable, we have decided not to proceed with the tour.

As for the scheduled activities on Sunday, August 9, a final advisory will be released based on the latest weather conditions.

We are also working on new schedules to ensure that all planned Bambike Exploration Tours for August can still be conducted safely. Stay tuned to our official Facebook and Instagram page for further announcements.

Inside the Quezon Heritage House, President Quezon's bedroom and of First Lady Doรฑa Aurora Quezon were deliberately separated by a nurse's room. This arrangement served as a safety precaution to receive continuous medical care while protecting the health of his family, characterizing his care and resilience during this difficult period of his time.

As the first President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon devoted his life to the pursuit of an independent Filipino nation. His leadership laid the foundations of modern governance, championed social justice, strengthened national identity through the Philippine National Language, and upheld humanitarian values by opening the Philippinesโ€™ doors to Jewish refugees during one of historyโ€™s darkest periods.

Tuberculosis would eventually claim his life on August 1, 1944, in exile at Saranac Lake, New York.

His legacy continues to live on at the Quezon Heritage House, where the stories of his family, his vision, and his service are preserved to inspire future generations of his unwavering commitment to the nation.
