Orange Project is one tangible contribution towards the elevation of art consciousness in the island of Negros. Its mission is both simple and complex. It is expanding creative potentials in a flexible space that has blossomed into an art hub. It is exploration, collaboration, explosion, reflection, and crossed-discipline.

We are honored and grateful to receive this recognition from the IYAS La Salle National Writers Workshop as they celebrate their 25th Anniversary. ✨

For years, Orange Project has proudly been part of the IYAS Heritage and Environment Tour, and it means a lot to be recognized alongside fellow long-time partners who continue to support spaces for learning and dialogue.

Congratulations to IYAS on 25 years of nurturing writers, conversations, and Philippine literature across languages and communities. We thank you for allowing us to be part of this meaningful journey.

Here’s to many more years of collaboration, storytelling, and shared cultural work. 🧡

Happy birthday, Joseph!

You bring such fresh energy to the team, and we’re truly grateful for your enthusiasm both inside and outside of work. We’re lucky to have another pair of hands to not only help us with the day-to-day work, but also in moving forward together toward the gallery’s vision.

As you turn another year around the sun, we wish you continued growth, and the same curiosity and drive that you bring into everything you do.

And as you keep moving through the year, don’t forget to take a pause in between all the things you take on. 🧡

“Panulok” reflects on what happens when we are invited to pause, look closely, and pay attention—to memories and to the realities of being human today. In a time when important things are easily overlooked, the exhibition encourages viewers to reflect both inwardly and on the world around them, recognizing that everyone carries something that longs to be seen and heard.

At the heart of the exhibition is the quiet invitation to “magtulok sing maayo.” Through this act of looking, “Panulok” opens space for reflection, empathy, and a deeper awareness of how we move through the world alongside one another.

Presented by Orange Project and Ayala Malls Capitol Central, “Panulok” continues both organizations’ commitment to bringing contemporary art into public spaces and creating encounters beyond the gallery walls. Curated by Moreen Austria, the exhibition opens on May 15, 2026, at 6 PM on the first floor and will run until August 15, 2026.

Happy Birthday Maestro Nune!

Nunelucio Alvarado is a Negrense artist whose work has always been rooted in community, amplifying the voices and realities of the people. His practice remains as urgent and relevant as ever, reminding us of art’s role in standing with and for one another.

Cheers to many more years of inspiring communities, shaping conversations, and reminding us that art belongs to the people.
