What a year it's been!
On 20th May, Cambridgeshire Community Lottery celebrates its first birthday, and we couldn't have reached this milestone without you.
When we launched the lottery last year, we set out to create an easy, sustainable way for local causes to raise additional funds.
Thanks to your participation and the incredible support of our community, we've had a remarkable first year:
✨ 87 registered good causes
✨ 602 players over the last year
✨ 32,594 tickets sold
✨ £19,556 raised for good causes across Cambridgeshire (we expect to surpass £20,000 in May)
Every ticket sold, every prize won, and every pound raised has made a difference to the people and communities we serve.
Giveaway for registered causes
To mark this special anniversary, we're launching a competition which will run throughout May.
The cause that signs up the most new players during the month will win:
🎁 £10 lottery gift voucher for a supporter to redeem in support of your cause. Gift it to one of your existing lottery supporters or perhaps use it in a raffle or social media giveaway. The choice is yours.
🎁 A pop-up banner to promote the lottery, custom designed with your logo and cause details
🎁 200 professionally printed A6 flyers to boost your lottery promotion
🎁 Full design service included - we'll create everything for you!
This is a fantastic opportunity to supercharge your lottery fundraising with new marketing materials that will help you stand out.
The competition starts on 1st May - get ready to rally your supporters and win those fantastic marketing materials!
The winning cause will be contacted on 1st June.
