Today we’re celebrating National Honey Day 🐝🍯🐝 with Sarah Butler SGFA. Only a small proportion of honey consumed in the UK is locally produced, so it’s a great reminder to support our beekeepers and enjoy local honey - I have a spoonful every morning 😋

These beautiful recycled glass lamps are made in Somerset and available from Martock Gallery. You can choose your lamp style, base colour and flex colour, with co-ordinating lampshades made by our lovely business neighbour, Kellie at the The Honeysuckle Hut. A perfectly stylish combination ☺️

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jenny Tarr to Martock Gallery. We met Jenny a couple of months ago and loved her portrayal of women in all their guises. Oozing with personality, each piece tells a story and before you know it, you’re absorbed into their lives. Using Farrow & Ball paints, the colours are sublime, evoking a sense of calm, whilst allowing each character to own her own space. We can’t wait to introduce you to Jenny’s work over the coming weeks 🖼️

📣 Please ensure all requests for framing required for Christmas are with us by 1st November 2026 to avoid disappointment 🎄 We will be closed from Christmas until 2nd February 2027 so please also bear this in mind.

In addition to framing, you will find a wonderful array of artwork and gifts at Martock Gallery, as well as jewellery and stunning recycled glass lamps, made in Somerset. We are open 10-4 on Tuesdays to Fridays and 10-1 on Saturdays and look forward to seeing you soon 😊

It’s another stunning day in Somerset and if you’re taking the opportunity to explore Exmoor, keep an eye out for the rowan, birch and oak trees beautifully captured by Lucy Hawkins. These original paintings are on display as part of a wider collection of Lucy’s Exmoor-inspired work and are currently available from Martock Gallery.

Good morning everyone! We have a wonderful array of new cards at Martock Gallery, including a range of Molly Lemon’s advent cards, which are perfect to send to those celebrating birthdays in October and November. Christmas cards have also arrived and these swing cards are proving to be extremely popular as they double up as decorations to be enjoyed year after year 🎄

We are open 10-4 on Tuesdays to Fridays and 10-1 on Saturdays for picture framing, original artwork, prints, jewellery, sculptures, ceramics, cards and unique gifts.

🗓️ Please bring any items you wish to be framed for Christmas in to us by 1st November to ensure they will be ready in time.
