📍 CANADA | JOURNEY OF THE MIND

without SHAPE without FORM’s touring exhibition JOURNEY OF THE MIND arrives in CALGARY this June as the first stop of its Canadian tour.

Bringing together contemporary figurative and abstract works by artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, alongside short films, the exhibition reflects on the realities many of us navigate every day: distraction, fear, ego and the search for something steadier beneath it all.

Through themes of focused practice, community and selfless service, JOURNEY OF THE MIND invites visitors into a space for reflection, clarity and deeper connection, considering how peace and inner steadiness might still be cultivated within modern life.

📍UK | REFLECTIONS - SANGAT AND THE SELF

The second MANJI GATHERING of the series brought together artists and cultural workers for an evening centered around RECLAIMING ART.

A space for honest conversation about what’s working and what isn’t within us and the systems we inhabit.

Together, we explored how creative practice can move beyond systems of consumption and become a shared tool for healing, social justice and transformation.

Guided by Ed Vince, the conversation unfolded on the Manji, inviting reflection, dialogue and collective care. Beginning and ending with Simran, the space was grounded in stillness, presence and deep listening.

Thank you to everyone who contributed with openness and intention.

The conversation continues soon with upcoming MANJI GATHERINGS in Manchester.
