Lots to like in PhotoHastings latest iteration. Setting the bar really high, as always, these underwater portraits by Sophie De-Roe Sophie | Underwater Portraits UK in Landing have an eerie quality. The subjects could be dead, with their pale washed out features and bluish skin tint. But it’s the water affecting the lens. Fascinating.
Open over the weekend from 11-5. The ground floor show ‘Liminal/Minimal/Marginal is on for two weekends, the two shows in the Landing Gallery, just this weekend only.
