This year’s theme is and my piece is about speaking out and saying your truth. Anyone who knows me will agree that I talk a lot, am direct and tell it like it is. This gets me into trouble often and I need to think before I speak. However, I will never stop fighting injustice and now, more than ever, we have a responsibility to challenge racism, hatred and lies.
The supports people who have escaped situations that I cannot even begin to imagine. It trains people into jobs , offers casework and advice and helps people integrate into the wider community through training, courses, events, language teaching and their innovative buddying programme.
