I can’t wait to see you all again — and to welcome new students into our warm, supportive community.

We’re starting with our refreshed 90‑minute flow: grounding, Qigong, Tai Chi, internal work, and our full Qi‑ball closing.
A steady, spacious journey to help you feel centred and calm.

Quick note: there’ll be a short pause on 30 Sept & 1 Oct while I’m in London for training — then we’re straight back into the rhythm.

🍗🥗 Now THAT’S what we call a community lunch! 🥔😋

A HUGE thank you to our brilliant volunteers who cooked and served up an absolutely delicious spread of chicken, fresh salads, potatoes and all the trimmings today. ❤️

We fed nearly 60 people! 🙌 And judging by those plates (and smiles!), it definitely went down well!

And as if that wasn’t enough… Ann made a delicious sponge for afters! 🍰😍 There’s always room for cake!

Great food, great company and a fantastic team effort. Thank you to everyone who helped cook, prepare, serve, clear up and make it happen. You’re stars! ⭐️

🍕 PIZZA PERFECTION! 🍕

A huge thank you to everyone who fed us so well yesterday! Over 20 people joined our cookery session, making some absolutely amazing homemade pizzas packed with lots of lovely fresh ingredients. 🍅🫑🧅🧀

Big thanks to Craig, our brilliant teacher, for guiding everyone through the session — and to Anthony, one of our students, for taking his pizza-making skills to the next level with a bit of impressive pizza tossing! 😂🍕

Great food, new skills, lots of laughs and everyone getting stuck in, exactly what these sessions are all about. 💙💛

A massive thank you to Global’s Make Some Noise for funding our cookery sessions and helping us bring people together through food. 🙏

🎨🎶 Tuesdays at The VC Gallery! 💙💛

What a lovely day yesterday — a delicious community lunch, a brilliant art class, singing and music, plenty of volunteering and, most importantly, lots of chatting, laughing and spending time together. 🥰

Our Tuesday sessions are always full of life, creativity and friendly faces, and there’s always something you can get involved with.

If you’ve been thinking about popping in, Tuesday is a great day to give us a try. Come through the door, grab a cuppa and see what’s happening — everyone is welcome. ☕️🎨🎵

We’re pleased to be providing the space for Frank’s Tai Chi & Qigong classes at The VC Gallery, Pembroke Dock.

After the summer break, the first session is:

📅 Thursday 10th September
⏰ 6pm – 7.30pm
💛 £7 per session

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

If you fancy trying something that combines gentle movement, strength, balance and relaxation, why not give it a go? ☯️
