💚 Today is World Mental Health Day💚

At The Base, we believe visual art is more than what we create, it’s how it makes us feel.

Taking time to draw, paint, sculpt or simply experiment with colour can offer a moment of calm, help us express emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, and nurture our sense of connection and wellbeing.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s celebrate the power of visual arts to bring us together, support our wellbeing and remind us of the importance of making space for creativity in our lives 🎨
