Welcome to The Base, Pots of Hope, Susie!

We’re thrilled to welcome Susie to the Resident Artist studios at The Base.

Susie celebrated the opening of her new studio with a sunflower ribbon cutting ceremony using a giant pair of scissors cut by international ceramic artist Jin Eui Kim, it was a wonderful day full of creativity, community and celebration🌻

We’re so excited to see Susie’s pottery journey continue at The Base

September is almost here, and there’s lots to look forward to at The Base! 🍂

Our autumn programme of workshops and courses kicks off this month, with creative opportunities for all ages. We’re also excited to open the doors to our brand-new exhibition, Small Wonders: Reimagining British Art from Hayward Gallery , alongside a programme of exhibition-inspired workshops and talks.

From making and creating to exploring new ideas and discovering art, there’s plenty to get involved with this September.
