LYTHAM WINDMILL MUSEUM - Lytham's best known landmark, the Windmill, contains a seasonal museum with a series of exhibits focussed on the "History of Mills and Milling" and the "Heritage of Lytham St Annes and the Fylde Area". It is run voluntarily by The Group's members and houses exhibitions and displays spread over 4 floors, including explanations of the milling processes and a history of the G

rade II listed building. The basement shows a tableau of life in Victorian Lytham. Fylde Borough Council also has a Tourist Information Point within the Windmill during the season. www.visitlythamstannes.co.uk. Free Admission - Donations Welcome

Typically we open the week before Easter for two weeks. Spring Season is from Easter to last weekend in May

Whilst you’re visiting Lytham 1940s Weekend , why not pop into the Windmill and Old Lifeboat House at the end of Lytham Green?

We’ll be open on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August, from 10:30am to 4:30pm, and admission is FREE!

☕ We’ll also be joined by the Lytham Belles WI, who will be running the Land Army Tea Rooms.

Lytham steps back in time for one of the Fylde Coast’s best-loved events, with forties music and dancing, a Spitfire, vintage vehicles, military charities, food, drink and the whole town centre joining in the fun.

This Saturday and Sunday, 15th and 16th August on Lytham Green its the 1940s Weekend and it's FREE. 🎶

Lytham steps back in time for one of the Fylde Coast's most loved events. The Windmill and Old Lifeboat House are OPEN and we have the Land Army Tea Rooms run by the Lytham Belles WI.

Forties music, dancing, a Spitfire, vintage vehicles, military charities, food, drink and the whole of Lytham town centre joining in.
