National Jazz Archive

National Jazz Archive The National Jazz Archive holds the UK’s finest collection of written, printed & audio/visual material on the art, culture & heritage of all things jazz.

Home to The Jazz Hub, we're more than a store room, we're a story room sharing jazz with everyone! The National Jazz Archive is the UK's national repository, research centre for printed published and unpublished material, photographs and memorabilia and ephemera representing all forms of jazz, blues and related music. By making this important aspect of our cultural heritage available to enthusiast

s of all ages we aim to inspire and tell the story of jazz in the UK. The scope of the collection is very broad with the emphasis on British materials although foreign works are also collected and shared. Entirely volunteer-run, we depend on donations, legacies and charitable fundraising activities and welcome all forms of support and philanthropy as we work for the past, present and future of jazz.

Blue and Greene in London ! (Those that know, know!)

In the spirit of diplomacy, collaboration and just pure love, excitement and storytelling , its only right we share a balanced support and coverage over the forthcoming big jazz reveals in London!πŸ˜‡

Blue Note London πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ going live behind the blue door in September with thier gorgeously shiny new πŸ’™

Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club already half way there with the fab new Upstairs@Ronnies and completing thier transformation with the very cool club-in-club in early 2027 🎷

Competition is always good for individual entities but more so for the communities they serve so if you add up the combined Β£multi-millions being invested in jazz this is a wonderful commitment to this great music and we're super-proud to share these stories !πŸ™

For us at the heritage begins at last nights gig and supporting these projects is supporting the heritage of the future !πŸ›Έ

Who said jazz is dead !!!?πŸ•ΊπŸ’ƒπŸ˜ŽπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‘πŸŒ

And thank you and good luck Ronnie's and Blue Note for sharing the lerrrrrrve.
