National Jazz Archive

National Jazz Archive The National Jazz Archive holds the UK’s finest collection of written, printed & audio/visual material on the art, culture & heritage of all things jazz.

Home to The Jazz Hub, we're more than a store room, we're a story room sharing jazz with everyone! The National Jazz Archive is the UK's national repository, research centre for printed published and unpublished material, photographs and memorabilia and ephemera representing all forms of jazz, blues and related music. By making this important aspect of our cultural heritage available to enthusiast

s of all ages we aim to inspire and tell the story of jazz in the UK. The scope of the collection is very broad with the emphasis on British materials although foreign works are also collected and shared. Entirely volunteer-run, we depend on donations, legacies and charitable fundraising activities and welcome all forms of support and philanthropy as we work for the past, present and future of jazz.
