Two nights only – a spooky adventure for families at Frankenstein’s Castle

Brave passengers on our Railway will be given a rare opportunity to visit Frankenstein’s Castle and discover what Victor has
been creating in his mysterious laboratory.
But there’s a secret…. Victor’s two mischievous nieces are visiting the castle and secretly want to see if they can bring Victor’s
monsters to life! What could possibly go wrong!

Ride the train into the darkness and see what awaits you at the castle. You’ll need to be very brave and find out what happens!

Tickets: £4.50 for children 3 to 15 years (under 3s go free) & £7.50 for adults 16 years and over – ticket price includes hot chocolate, tea/coffee and cookies.
(Parental discretion advised as under 3s may find this event scary)

Join us today from 10am–4pm for our fantastic Heritage Steam & Poppy Power Weekend, marking the 100th Anniversary of The Poppy Factory. ❤️

There’s something for everyone:

🎺 Middlesex Yeomanry Band — playing live from 11:30am–1:30pm. Come along and enjoy the music FREE of charge!

🚂 Heritage steam train rides — take a journey to see the famous Westminster Abbey Wreaths.
🎟️ Train tickets: £5 adults / £3 children, available on site.

🌺 Poppy Power activities — have a go at making your own poppy and enjoy fun crafts for children.

🚂 FREE mini steam train — especially for our little visitors!

🍰 And don’t miss the gorgeous homemade cakes supplied by The Poppy Factory. 😋

🏛️ Kempton Steam Museum next door is also open today for Sensory Sunday — (separate entry ticket)

🌺 And to bring this special day to a moving close, the Last Post will be performed by a member of the Royal Marines Service Band.

We’re open all weekend 19/20 September for our family Heritage Steam event 10 am to 4 pm with steam train rides at £2.50 for children and £4.50 for adults. Lovely picnic area with play train where kids can run around and pretend to be train driver! No need to book. Kempton steam Museum is also open next door to the railway with its mighty awesome steam pumping engine standing as high as 4 double-decker buses ‘in steam’ - separate entry fee applies.

We’re delighted to welcome the Mayor of Hounslow, Deputy Mayor of Richmond and Mayor of Spelthorne to our celebrations over the weekend of 26–27 September! There’s something for everyone, including:

🎺 Sunday: The brilliant Middlesex Yeomanry Band, performing 11am–2pm
🚂 A cavalcade of heritage diesel locomotives
